Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and z577 ("z577", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the z577 website located at https://z577.io, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with z577, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be accessing and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account with z577. Only one account per natural person is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether voluntary or imposed by z577 under a previous account.
• You must not be acting under any other person's instruction or as a proxy player for any third party.
• You must be using your own payment method. Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

z577 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point where z577 determines that verification is necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until documents are submitted and approved.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your z577 login credentials, including your username and password. z577 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where available.
• Never share your password with any other person, including family members or z577 support staff. z577 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting [email protected].

z577 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach in a timely manner and z577 has been able to verify that the activity was unauthorised.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

z577 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — mobile wallet, instant processing
• Rocket — mobile wallet, standard processing
• Upay — mobile wallet, standard processing
• Selected Bangladeshi bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — subject to availability

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. z577 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

Withdrawals are always returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. z577 does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or bank account than the one used for deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when KYC verification is pending.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day — are governed by these general bonus terms plus any additional conditions stated in the individual promotion. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conditions

z577 offers a range of betting and gaming products including cricket sports betting, live casino games, online slots, fishing games, and crash titles. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on z577:

• All bets are final once confirmed. z577 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except in circumstances where z577 determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds or game conditions were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — z577 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account without prior notice.
• z577 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum payout on any market, game, or individual account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are subject to a slight delay in acceptance to account for data transmission. Bets placed after the conclusion of a relevant event will be voided.
• For live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider's official rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dispute between z577's rules and a provider's rules, the provider's rules take precedence for game-specific matters.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z577 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
• Using a false identity, false date of birth, or another person's identity or payment method during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in any game or betting product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game or any other game format where collusion could provide an unfair advantage.

• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or acting as an intermediary for any other person's betting or gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing z577 staff or other players in any support channel or communication.

8 Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the z577 platform without the prior written consent of z577. Unauthorised use of any z577 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z577 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

z577 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. z577 shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond z577's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, z577's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to z577 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your z577 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, z577 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate real-money balances to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

z577 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 7 of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• z577 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has requested self-exclusion and the exclusion period has not yet elapsed.

Where an account is closed by z577 due to a player's breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account — including both real-money balances and bonus balances — may be forfeited by z577 at its discretion, pending the outcome of any investigation.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

z577 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://z577.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account with z577, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

z577 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and z577 servers. z577 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal requirements.

13 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Where a player disputes the accuracy of these records, z577 will conduct a full investigation and provide the player with the outcome and reasoning in writing.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through z577's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by z577 at its reasonable discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15 Amendments to These Terms

z577 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect a player's rights or obligations in a significant way — registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the z577 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
